Batch Bills |
At the close of early registration each semester, the Office of the Bursar requests the printing of bills. Usually referred to as "batch bills" this computer run selects the accounts of all individuals who have outstanding balances. Bills are printed for this population for which mailing addresses are determined by the address on file with the Registrar. |

Telephone Fee Information |
Students may contact our office by telephone for information about their accounts, but should keep three issues in mind when doing so. First, you will always need to provide your University ID number. Second, the lines become overloaded following the distribution of semester bills and at times leading up to major registration periods. Third, federal laws exist for the protection of student information. While these laws are there to protect the rights and interests of the students, they also make it impossible for us to give out certain information over the telephone. You may find that certain information you seek must be mailed to your address of record for your protection. |
