Testing and Disability Services
Students with disabilities are encouraged to make an appointment with the Office of Disability Services at (812)941-2243. Extended testing time or other reasonable accommodations can be arranged for those with special physical requirements or diagnosed learning disabilities. Our testing facilities are entirely accessible.

Accomodated Exam Request Form for Faculty
Faculty should complete the following form to send special accommodation exams to the Student Development Center. You may print the form and deliver to our office or submit online. Remember to attach the examination to the email.
