Student Disciplinary Procedures
The Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs is responsible for student disciplinary procedures relating to student personal misconduct. Any student who engages in conduct prohibited by University regulations, including sexual offenses, will be subject to University sanctions up to and including suspension and expulsion.
Disciplinary procedures for personal misconduct will be disposed of through a formal process. During the formal hearing, the accused and the accuser will be entitled to due process rights including being supported by an advisor or counsel, presenting witnesses, and presenting questions. Both parties will be informed of the University's final determination of the alleged offense and any sanctions imposed against the accused.
