Jack Ramey has published two volumes of poetry, The Future Past and Death Sings in the Choir of Light. In addition, he is also a performer of poetry, his own and others. His critically acclaimed one-person show on Dylan Thomas had successful runs in New York and Los Angeles and he is a previous winner of the Chicago Poetry Slam. He has interpreted the poetry of William Blake and Walt Whitman on DVD in collaboration with a New York producer and film maker. He is currently working on a historical novel and a new volume of poetry that focuses on the metaphysical and metaphorical nature of rivers in general and the Ohio River in particular.
