- Bursar Bills are going paperless starting Fall 2013. Click here for more info.
- Summer 2013 classes will be offered at a discount to undergraduate students. Click here for more info.
- Summer 2013 deferment bills will be available online through OneStart on June 11th and will be due Friday, July 5, 2013.
- Visit the student center in OneStart to sign up for direct deposit or to make sure direct deposit information is correct before refunds are processed.
- Any student with a past due account will not be able to register for Summer 2013 or Fall 2013 classes.
Fee Calendar
Credit hour and directly related fees are refundable upon proper withdrawal from course work. The amount of refund you may quality for is based upon the Fee Calendar. It’s a set timetable for full to partial refunds.
Always review the refund periods online before dropping a class. The later in the semester you withdraw, the smaller the refund.

PAY: Your Bill
QuikPAY
Checking your statements and paying your bills online is very simple using the QuikPAY® system. If you’re a student, you may choose to set up an “Authorized Payer,” usually a parent or guardian, who may then view and/or pay your bill.
Step-by-Step directions are provided along with video tutorials for common tasks.

QuikPAY online is the easiest way to pay your bill, but we also accept payment by mail, by wire transfer, or in person. Commonly accepted payment methods are credit card, debit card, and personal check.
If your tuition is being paid by a sponsoring agency or company, you’ll find the instructions here, as well as instructions for reimbursements and deferments.
Please be aware that nonpayment of your bill may result in late fees and encumbrance of services, so please arrange for payment on your account early.

learn moreEmployee Tuition Benefit
IU employees, retirees, spouses and registered domestic partners may receive a Tuition Benefit of 100% of covered tuition up to a dollar limit.
They also receive a Dependent Child Tuition Benefit which can subsidize 50% of the Indiana resident undergraduate rate, for a maximum of the first 140 credit hours.

Non-Payment/Collections
Your registration will not automatically be cancelled for nonpayment of fees. You must either pay your fees or notify us if you do not intend to return to the Southeast campus.
The Office of the Bursar is responsible for collection of any outstanding University financial obligations. An encumbered account will be denied certain University services until paid in full.

The return by the bank of any check you have issued will be assessed a fee. The agreement with our bank is that checks will be sent through twice before they are returned to us. The Office of the Bursar will contact you. These accounts will also be flagged with “No Checks Accepted.”
Please note: The issuance of a stop payment order through your bank does not constitute official withdrawal from University classes!

All students enrolled in course for college credit must complete form W-9S each calendar year they are enrolled. The form may be completed electronically through Onestart, IU's secure student website, by December 30th of each year.

You may not know that you can enroll at more than one Indiana University campus. To do so, you must verify that satisfactory financial arrangements have been made by the due date of each campus. Fee payment information varies from campus to campus.
