How do I view my statement?
Statements may be viewed by the student and any authorized payers set up by the student through QuikPAY™.
As a student
- Login to OneStart at https://onestart.iu.edu.
- Click the "Login" button.
- Enter your username and passphrase.
- Click the "Login" button.
- Choose the Services tab at the top of your main menu.
- Click "Student Self-Service" on the left hand menu.
- Click "View/Pay Bursar Bill" under Services and Information in the financial section.
- Choose "Most Recent Statement" from the QuikPAY™ menu on the left of the screen.
- Click on the "Printable Statement" (PDF) option to print a copy of your current statement.
Note: You may view activity that has occurred since the current statement was processed by choosing the "Account Status" option from the "View Accounts" menu. For example, if you are expecting a credit but it did not show on your bill, you can check "Account Status" to see if the credit has been applied to your bursar account.
As an authorized payer
- Access OneStart at https://onestart.iu.edu.
- Choose "Authorized Payer Access" under the QuikPAY™ section in the left column. You will then be routed to the QuikPAY™ login page.
- Log in to QuikPAY™ using your QuikPAY™ Login Name and Password.
- Choose "Most Recent Statement" from the menu on the left of the screen.
Note: You may view activity that has occurred since the current statement was processed by choosing the "Account Status" option from the "View Accounts" menu. For example, if you are expecting a credit but it did not show on your bill, you can check "Account Status" to see if the credit has been applied to your bursar account.
