Welcome to New Student Programs

If you were recently admitted for the spring semester beginning in January 2010, congratulations! You're ready for the next step toward academic success at IU Southeast.

First-year students, your first step is to register for Orientation. During your Orientation, you will learn about the various academic programs, student services, and out-of-classroom involvement opportunities at IU Southeast. In addition, you can have your UCard created and take a campus tour. Parents are welcome to attend with their student. Orientation is mandatory, to register complete this online form or call the office of Campus Life at (812) 941-2316. Once you've registered for Orientation, follow these helpful 'Next Steps' to register for classes.

Transfer students, you're also invited to attend Orientation. Please complete the online form or call the Office of Campus Life to register for an orientation session. Then, call the telephone number of the academic school listed on your Certificate of Admission to schedule an advising appointment. Use these 'Next Steps' (PDF) to help you register for classes.
