Jerry Wayne is an IU Southeast graduate, earning his B.S., Business Management degree in 1979. He is a two-time recipient of the IU Southeast School of Business Award of Excellence and also received the IU Southeast Distinguished Alumni Award in 2005. Jerry has served on the Chancellor's Advisory Board prior to joining the staff in 2009 as Director of Alumni Affairs. In 2010, Jerry became the Vice Chancellor for Alumni & Community Relations and also provides oversight and leadership to the Office of Development.
Kirk Randolph

Kirk Randolph has been a member of the IU Southeast staff since 2006, previously serving as donor relations coordinator and benefits specialist. He received his B.A. in music with a concentration in business administration from Indiana State University in 2000. Prior to his employment with IU Southeast, Randolph worked for the Louisville Orchestra's development office serving as grant writer and assistant development manager from 2000 to 2005. In 2004, he taught concert hall administration in the School of Arts and Letters at IU Southeast.
Randolph enjoys playing the oboe and piano and is an oboist with the IU Southeast Orchestra. He is also a chef and food enthusiast having received his associate's degree in culinary arts from Sullivan University in 2005. He is a native of Southern Indiana and lives in Sellersburg with his wife, Meghan.
Melissa Weissinger

Melissa joined the Office of Development in 2011. She graduated from IU Southeast with a B.A. in Psychology, and a minor in Germanic Studies. While a student at IU Southeast she was a recipient of the Chancellor's Medallion Scholarship, and served as Student Government Association President. Prior to joining the development team, she held the position of Director of Grants and Donor Services for five years with the Community Foundation of Southern Indiana. She is a native of southern Indiana and lives in New Albany with her husband, Sam.
