Registration
Registration is conducted online through OneStart. Any time after your registration appointment, you can register for classes. New to IU Southeast? You'll get individualized registration assistance during orientation. If you need help, we have a registration lab in the University Center staffed with specially trained consultants. Review the Registration Guide to get ready for your first day of classes.

REQUEST: Transcripts
Transcript Requests
Any student whose University financial account is clear may obtain a copy of his or her complete academic record (official transcript) from the Registrar’s Office. The request may be submitted in person, via mail, via fax or online.

IU Southeast has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verification information for loan deferment to our student lenders. Students can now print immediate copies of their enrollment verifications and Good Student Discount information. Click the “Enrollment Verification” link under Academics in OneStart.

The National Student Clearinghouse will also provide a student’s potential employer with a verification of degrees earned or past attendance.

PREPARE: For Graduation
Apply for Graduation
Students must file their “Application for Graduation” in the school or division office at least one month prior to the graduation date. (Yes, you must apply for a degree whether or not you intend to participate in the Commencement ceremony.)
learn moreAcademic Honors
An Academic Honors Convocation is held the Sunday prior to Commencement in May. School/division deans will contact candidates for graduation who are eligible to be recognized for outstanding academic performance during this event and thus wear honor cords during the Commencement ceremonies.
