If you are a current Rasmussen Scholarship recipient, you must submit this application for renewal to the Theatre Department office by
Friday, February 22, 2013.

NOTE: Rasmussen Theatre Scholarships are renewable up to four years. If you have had a Rasmussen Theatre
Scholarship for four years, you are inelligible for renewal, regardless of class standing.

If you do not wish to submit this information online, you can download a PDF version of the application
and mail to the Theatre Department
