If your department is hosting an event and would like to purchase UCard gift cards, please fill out the below form and remit to Campus Card Services, UCS-103. There is a $1.00 charge per card issued. If you would just like to make a deposit onto someone’s existing UCard, there is only the fee of the deposit.
