Tom is a member of our Business faculty since 1989. Since coming to our faculty, Tom has published in both scholarly and practitioner publications on topics related to his Human Resource Management, Organizational Studies, and teaching.
Education: Tom earned his Doctorate in 1988, from the State University of New York at Buffalo in the areas of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management.
