Alysa D. Lambert is an Assistant Professor of Business in the School of Business at Indiana University Southeast, New Albany, IN. She received her PhD from the University at Albany in Albany, NY. Her major research and teaching interests focus on human resources; specifically work-family conflict, work-life balance issues, and organizational commitment. Her work can be found in the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Applied Management and Entrepreneurship, and Human Resource Management.
