The Minor in Professional Selling was as created to draw high-ability students toward selling as a career, better prepare those students for early success in professional selling careers, and to connect them with sales professionals in the Kentuckiana region.

Required Courses (12 hours):

  • M300 Intro to Marketing (or M301 Intro to Marketing Management)
  • M330 Consultative Selling
  • M421 Fundamentals of Negotiation
  • M426 Sales Management

Elective (3 hours). Choose from the following:

  • M405 Buyer Behavior
  • Z440 Personnel and Human Resource Management
  • W320 Leadership and Ethics
  • S324 Persuasion
  • S380 Nonverbal Communication
